【How to brew】
What you need to prepare
・Coffee: 20g (medium grind)
・Hot water temperature: 90°C
・Amount of hot water added: Approximately 260 ml (excluding steaming)
・Dripper: Hario V60
Hot water is poured in 3 doses.
1) Pour hot water so that the entire coffee grounds are moist and let it simmer for about 40 seconds.
At this time, be careful not to pour too much hot water. It is OK as long as the coffee extracted on the server falls off.
2) 2nd throw pour 150 ml of hot water. Slowly draw the letter "no" in the middle of the dripper.
It is recommended to use a kettle with a thin tip to pour hot water for a long and thin way.
(About 2 minutes ~ 2 and a half minutes so far)
3) 3rd throw Pour 100 ml of hot water in the middle of the dripper in the same way as in 2.
Complete the extraction before the hot water falls out of the dripper.
(Extraction should be completed within 3 minutes throughout.)
【Points】
2 pour slowly. However, if you take it too slowly, it will have a rough taste, so adjust the amount of hot water you pour with reference to the estimated time.
