We use strawberries from Nonaka Farm in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido. The royal road to jam is strawberry jam. No. 1 in our shop! When a large strawberry is entered, we take advantage of it and cut it in half. The fruit is rumbling and you feel like you are eating the fruit as it is.
