Known as a high-quality Uji tea production area in Kyoto Prefecture, it uses organic Uji hojicha from Nakai Tea Factory, which is organically grown in Wazuka Town, which is one of the top producers of matcha raw materials. Conventional products had issues such as discoloration of matcha, but by using organic matcha paste together, we achieved a beautiful green color without discoloration even when heated in retort.
