【Summer limited products March ~ September】
The plump konjac agar jelly is luxuriously blended with organic hojicha from Kyoto Prefecture.
It is mildly sweet and you can enjoy the aroma of fragrant hojicha. It is plant-based and does not contain gelatin, gelling agents, or thickening polysaccharides.
Hokkaido beet sugar, domestic konjac flour, agar, and sweet potato starch are added to solidify without additives.
It can be sold at room temperature for retort sterilization.
Known as a high-quality Uji tea production area in Kyoto Prefecture, it uses organic Uji hojicha from Nakai Tea Factory, which is organically grown in Wazuka Town, which is one of the top producers of matcha raw materials.
Nakai Tea Farm is a pioneer in organic tea that started organic cultivation in the 1980s.
Conventional products had issues such as discoloration of matcha, but by using organic matcha paste together, we achieved a beautiful green color without discoloration even when heated in retort.
It comes in a container like an ice tray, remove the film and use a toothpick or other tool to eat.
