【How to brew】
What you need to prepare
・Coffee: 20g (medium grind)
・Hot water temperature: 85°C
・Amount of hot water added: Approximately 260 ml (excluding steaming)
・Dripper: Hario V60
Hot water is poured in 4 doses.
1) Pour about 20 ml of hot water so that the entire coffee grounds are soaked, and let it simmer for 35 seconds.
2) Pour 120 ml into the middle of the dripper as if you were drawing the letter "no" (approximate time 2 minutes)
3) Pour 70 ml as in 2 (approximate time 2 and a half minutes)
4) Pour the remaining 60 ml of hot water. If you can extract 250 ml of hot water to the server without dropping all the hot water, remove the dripper and complete (approximate time 3 minutes).
【Points】
By lowering the pouring temperature, the acidity is suppressed and extracted into a mellow taste. It is a recipe that allows you to enjoy the sweetness and gentle acidity. Pour hot water evenly and loosely. This will bring out the sweetness and richness that are characteristic of Nepal. If you boil the water and leave it for about 1 minute to reach a lower temperature, you will not overemphasize the bitterness and it will be delicious.
