Why are we doing?
What are we doing?
Commitment to the product
Who are supporting us?
Becoming a cake shop loved by the locals
At Le Plette, where I worked as a chef before becoming independent, many people bought sweets as gifts and gifts, but when I opened my own shop, I launched the shop with the concept of wanting to make it a cake shop for everyday use here in Futakotamagawa and be loved by local customers for a long time.
To be loved by many people for a long time
In addition to using carefully selected ingredients, we also try to get the joy of finding your favorite cake from among many colorful cakes by preparing multiple cakes that change seasonally in addition to the standard products.
Customers of all ages, from children to the elderly, come to us, so we are increasing the number of cakes with a gentle taste that are easy to eat.
We are reducing the amount of cakes that use alcohol, and when we use them, we also adjust the amount. If you reduce the amount, you will naturally have to change the composition of other ingredients for the same sweets. As a result, the sweetness is a little less than at the previous store, and I think that the overall taste is lighter and rounder and easier to blend in, rather than the adult taste.
Commitment to the product
The most popular product is a pudding named "Vanille"
It uses a brand egg called "Nasu Goyoyoku", which has a strong sweetness and a strong taste, and is slowly cooked at a low temperature for more than twice as long as usual to achieve a unique smooth melting texture.
By not adding caramel, you can enjoy the original flavor of the rich egg and the aroma of vanilla.
Please note that vanille is a refrigerated product that does not use preservatives, so it has a short shelf life.
We also offer a variety of baked goods, Mont Blanc, raspberry buttercream cake, and rare cheese mousse cake as wholesale products that can be frozen for a long time.
You can use only the amount you need by cutting each type of frozen cake into your favorite amount in a semi-thawed state and freezing the unused portion again.
Twice voted the best in Tokyo
Our vanille won the "Grand Prix" at the "1st Greater Tokyo Shopping Street Festival" ordering gourmet grand prix, which was held to gather shopping streets all over Tokyo.
In the magazine BRUTUS project "Which is the most delicious sweet in Tokyo", our vanille won the first place in the pudding category.
We often exhibit pudding at pudding festivals held all over Japan as one of Tokyo's representative puddings.
In addition, it was featured in various media such as Fuji TV's "VivaVivaV6", TV Tokyo's "Ad Street Heaven", NHK BS Premium's "Superb Sweets Magic", Japan TV's "130 Million People SHOW Channel", Tokyo MX's "Crazy at 5 o'clock!", and morning information programs.
