"Wasabi Farmer Powdered Wasabi"
Our farm offers a product called 100% genuine wasabi flour from Iwaizumi Town.
When eaten with delicate ingredients like squid, scallops, or sashimi from white fish, you can taste the refined flavor, spiciness, and fruity sweetness of authentic wasabi from Iwaizumi Town, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients. However, when eaten with fatty or strongly flavored ingredients, the flavor and spiciness are hard to notice.
I want to make powdered wasabi that lets you truly taste authentic wasabi from Iwaizumi Town and pairs well with tuna and meat.
With that in mind, we repeatedly experimented and perfected this powdered wasabi, a blend from Sasa Ken Wasabi Farm with 70% mountain wasabi and 30% genuine wasabi.
No additives are used, and the ingredients are only mountain wasabi from Hokkaido and hon wasabi from Iwaizumi Town.
"Iwaizumi Wasabi Miso-Marinated or Soy Sauce-Marinated"
Miso and soy sauce marinated using genuine wasabi stems from Iwaizumi Town.
*Wasabi flavoring is used to maintain and enhance the spiciness. For miso pickling, additive-free versions are also available, so please feel free to contact us.
[Iwaizumi Wasabi Miso]
We used 'Iwaizumi Miso' (domestically sourced, naturally brewed), which has been loved locally for a long time.
The sweet and savory miso pairs perfectly with the crisp texture of wasabi stems and a sharp spiciness, making it perfect for rice, chilled tofu, fried foods, and more.
This is the most popular product not only in Iwaizumi Town but also throughout Iwate Prefecture.
[Iwaizumi Wasabi Soy Sauce Pickles]
We used soy sauce from Sasacho Brewery, a long-established brewery in Iwate.
The rich Hayachine soy sauce, the crunchy texture of the wasabi stems loaded with generous amounts, and a sharp spiciness pair perfectly with rice, chilled tofu, and sashimi.
My top recommendation is definitely soy sauce and wasabi.
This product elevates the flavor and texture of genuine wasabi stems when combined with rice or sashimi.
