Additionally, we cultivate genuine wasabi organically, and in 2024, we obtained Japan's second 'Organic JAS certification for genuine wasabi.' *Currently discontinued
 
Even now, we continue organic cultivation while making processed products. *All the wasabi used as raw materials for the processed products are not organically grown; some come from local wasabi farmers.

Our farm offers a product called 100% genuine wasabi flour from Iwaizumi Town.
When eaten with delicate ingredients like squid, scallops, or sashimi from white fish, you can taste the refined flavor, spiciness, and fruity sweetness of authentic wasabi from Iwaizumi Town, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients. However, when eaten with fatty or strongly flavored ingredients, the flavor and spiciness are hard to notice.
 
I want to make powdered wasabi that lets you truly taste authentic wasabi from Iwaizumi Town and pairs well with tuna and meat.
