Commitment to the product
Who are supporting us?
Mori Foods was born from the desire to deliver ingredients nurtured by the beautiful nature of Oyama Town, Hita City, Oita Prefecture to the tables of more people. Originally, our ancestral home farm took advantage of the blessed climate of the region and pure spring water, and carefully handled the yuzu, plums, ginger, etc. that we grew without difficulty. However, in today's society, while there is a demand for safe and secure ingredients, it is increasingly difficult to see the faces of the producers, and it is becoming difficult to continue to preserve traditional manufacturing methods and local flavors. Therefore, while searching for a way in which nature and people can coexist, we chose to spread the appeal of agricultural products to more people by making them into processed products.
We grow plums, shiso, yuzu, kabosu, chili peppers, and other vegetables grown on our own farm, and manufacture and process them as raw materials. We will incorporate the organic farming method that Oyama Town is working on, and start with the creation of healthy soil. We use organic fertilizer made from sawdust grown in mushroom cultivation to grow vegetables that are used as raw materials on the land.
Commitment to the product
We have been working on the creation of various products with the desire to deliver safe and secure products from Oyama Town, Hita City. By sticking to raw materials and growing our own vegetables, we use vegetables made from soil preparation that does not rely on pesticides, incorporate ingredients with few additives, and strive every day to create products that are particular about the concept of "good for the body".
