For example, our signature product "Chirimen Sansho". We use high-quality domestic chirimen potatoes, but the ones that arrive from the fishermen are mixed with impurities such as seaweed, small shrimp, and garbage. The work of carefully removing these by hand is a daunting task, but it is an important part of the effort to deliver products that provide you with better peace of mind.
The fragrant and spicy real sansho pepper is carefully selected from the grains, and the fresh ones are cooked immediately after harvest so that they do not lose their tangy stimulation. Black beans are made from domestic black soybeans. You can enjoy the color luster and deep flavor.
