This is a mysterious color due to a plant-derived pigment called butterfly beans, but I didn't add butterfly beans because I wanted to make it purple. This is a gas-filled sparkling wine. It is especially recommended for parties, etc. because it is more gorgeous. *We do not use any artificial colorants, sweeteners, or flavors. *Because it is a naturally derived pigment, the purple hue gradually fades over time. There is no problem with quality. *Depending on the production lot, it may be a purple to reddish-purple (rosé-like) color.
