It is a bean with a bright and refreshing flavor that is not Brazilian in a good way.
On the other hand, if you roast it deeply, it will have a very deep sweetness.
It can be enjoyed hot or with iced coffee very deliciously.
The Zaroca farm was founded in 1915 by Maria Brito, the grandfather of the current owner, Gilberto.
At that time, due to the difficulty of mechanization on rugged mountain plantations, coffee production was very small.
After Maria's death, the farm was abandoned for a while, but in 2015, the current owner, Gilberto, recultivated the land and started growing coffee again.
We planted cultivars suitable for specialty coffee, and prepared water sources, farm infrastructure, and agricultural machinery.
Gilberto strives every day to produce unique specialty coffees.
By using a special box called a static box for drying, we always produce stable and high-quality coffee regardless of the weather.
We will take your order and roast it, so you can always have fresh beans at your fingertips.
