■ The ingredients for this canned oyster are:
International MSC Certification, Sustainable Oyster Farming, Circular Oyster Fisheries Cooperative

(This is the first production area in the world to obtain MSC fishery certification for hanging oyster fishing.)
■ About 8 large raw oysters, luxuriously used in one can
After landing, we offer fresh oysters,
Each can contains about 7 to 9 peeled pieces (average about 8 pieces), generously packed.
■ No water or added salt
A can of 'Steamed Oysters' made without adding any water or salt
The only ingredient is fresh, seasonal raw oysters (shucked).
No water, no salt, no seasonings added.
Fresh raw oysters after landing,
Stuff the can with only oysters and seal it.
The oysters are steamed in a can using only their own moisture.
This is a showcase of "the wonderful efforts of this production area and the deliciousness of oysters."
I wanted to convey it as exactly as it was.
Oyster season too
It is limited to the spring season, when the flesh is at its most robust before spawning.
■ Why it is canned
Oysters are an ingredient that can only be given as gifts or handed over.
I want to share even a little bit of the background behind this wonderful oyster.
The canned goods we wanted to deliver in a way that could be held and handed over.
No explanation needed—a can of oyster ingredients you can always keep on hand.
Without separating clothing, food, and daily life,
This can is also recommended for shops that choose items with backgrounds.
■ How to Consume
'No water or salt is added. The rich aroma of the sea, just like the oysters themselves.'
For oyster lovers, the first thing you want is to eat the flavor of the ingredients as is.
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy as is.
The rich umami of oysters spreads without any off-flavors.
*Because the meat is canned, it is cooked tenderly.
■ About the liquid inside the cans
The liquid inside the can is a 100% oyster umami extract naturally flowing from the oysters.
Never throw it away. Besides being as is, it can also be used for takikomi rice, pasta, hot pot, soup, and more.
