The surrounding area is rich volcanic soil, and coffee generally has a fruity acidity like raisins, a smooth body, and a chocolate-like after-flavor, and is famous as a production area where you can get high-quality coffee among Yemeni coffee. The beans grown in this very high altitude area are of high quality, with bright acidity and a unique mocha flavor. Even with deep roasting, you can feel the fruit flavor firmly. There are many slightly defective beans, and although they are hand-picked before and after roasting, please note that the appearance may not be good. We will roast to your liking.
