The grapes are pressed in whole bunches and fermented in two different stainless steel tanks with the winery's natural yeast. In order to give it a unique depth, half of it is aged for about 6 months in a small 300L stainless steel tank with a larger contact with the lees.
【Dishes to match】
The natural and pure flavor goes well with dishes made with seafood carpaccio, sushi, herbs, and light soy sauce.
It is also recommended to pair it with white meats such as pork sauté, roast pork, and chicken.
[About the taste]
