Kabosu, a product from Oita Prefecture, is characterized by its refreshing aroma and bittersweet taste.
For the salt, I used Okinawan sea salt, which contains a lot of minerals and citric acid.
Recommended usage
・ Over grilled meat and grilled fish
・ Sprinkle it on fried food for a refreshing taste
・ As a salad dressing
・ For paprika and onion in salt ponzu sauce marinade
(Easy marinade: salt ponzu sauce, olive oil and pepper)
・Just boil it and pour it on! For spinach and mizuna
・ Sprinkle it over bonito tataki and sprinkle it refreshingly
