Our craft beer is a special dish filled with the commitment of small-scale brewing. Only about 300 bottles can be made in a single brew, and the entire process is done by hand by brewers.
"White Ale Narcisse" uses Minamiboso amatsu, sansho, and coriander seeds as secondary ingredients.
Since it uses more wheat than other beers, it has a plump richness, which is combined with the bitterness and citrus of sweet summer, and at the end, a hint of pepper and coriander seed spice is felt to tighten the taste, so it has a fruity but very refreshing aftertaste.
The label design depicts the legendary giant "Dedara Botch" peeking into Tokyo Bay from the symbol of Minamiboso, "Sawyama", to express the one and only beer rooted in the region. In addition, "Narcisse" means "Narcisse", and the town of Kōnan, which manufactures it, is one of the three major daffodil colonies in Japan, and many people enjoy the eyes of many people in early spring, and the town is enveloped in the scent of daffodils during that season. This beer is made with the image of that daffodil.
It is a craft beer with a special taste and story that can only be made here.
