A deep-roasted blend for café au lait lovers
A bitter blend that is perfect for café au lait. If you brew it thickly and divide it with milk, you can make a bitter-caramel-like, bittersweet café au lait.
It is a blend of coffee beans from Myanmar and Vietnam. Although it is a deep roast, I tried to bring out not only the bitterness, but also the mellow sweetness of Myanmar coffee and the crisp acidity of Vietnamese coffee. It is a flavorful coffee with a good balance of bitterness, sweetness, and acidity.
You can drink it not only with milk, but also deliciously in black. Compared to the standard and original blend of Uminoko coffee, it has a strong bitterness and richness. The crisp acidity and refreshing aftertaste are perfect for waking up or at work.
