A special blend of olive oils that no one can imitate
Using the best olives grown on traditional Spanish olive farms, we select early-harvested olives harvested in October and near-ripe olives harvested two weeks later, and blend three varieties: Arbequina, Picual and Royal.
The aroma of Arbequina such as chicory and herbs, and the green taste of eucalyptus and green apple of Picual are well expressed, while the flavor of the royal variety is added to create the taste.
The result is a smooth and bold mouthfeel with a balance of blueness and sweetness, as well as a fruity aroma.
This olive oil is blended by master blenders who have mastered blending techniques at Scotland's premier whisky distillery, analyzing the taste and aroma. The distribution of each is changed every year, resulting in a delicate taste with no variation in quality.
We pay particular attention to quality control and control 100% of the entire process from harvest to shipment. Since the oil is pressed within 3 hours of harvesting, the acidity that represents the quality is 0.12%, which is far below the standard value of 0.8%, making it a product that is particular about quality.

Complex and elegant, the Sublime Early Harvest blend features a smooth yet bold mouthfeel and fruity aroma. Fragrant herbs like almonds, artichokes and rosemary spread first. This is followed by the scent of apples, quinces and bananas. The balance is very good, and the finish feels harmonious.
