Jam beyond jam
This jam was born from the concept of jam that looks like eating fresh mango.
Only the finest Irwin mango (from Taiwan), known for its "Egg of the Sun", is luxuriously chopped, and the sugar content of the mango is taken advantage of, with minimal icing sugar and a little Taiwanese lemon added so as not to interfere with the aroma. No additives such as pectin are used.It is such a homemade style mango jam that a mother on a southern island has lovingly cooked for her cute child.
Of course, it goes well with bread with plenty of butter. Mango yogurt. Granola. Just put it on fresh chèvre cheese and it will turn into a premium mango cheesecake. It will be a fun menu for home parties.
