1. 100% high-quality moringa oil blended with lavender essential oil
JUJUBODY has partnered with a venture co-founded by a Ghanaian who graduated from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and an American who graduated from Harvard University to purchase moringa oil directly from Ghana. Moringa oil, which is extracted using the cold-pressed method using technology developed at MIT, is of high quality. Moringa oil is a very valuable and expensive oil, and 100% moringa oil is rarely available on the market. Major cosmetics manufacturers commercialize oils containing only a few percent moringa oil as moringa oil. 100% unrefined moringa oil is blended with lavender essential oil. You can enjoy the soothing scent.
2. No additives, 100% natural
JUJUBODY's moringa oil is 100% unrefined moringa oil, just like the blessings of nature. It does not contain any preservatives, preservatives, or additives. Enjoy 100% moringa oil with a unique woody scent of moringa.
3. Ethical and sustainable
Moringa trees help the crops around it grow and can be intercropped with crops. After extracting moringa oil, the squeezed grounds return to the soil as good compost. In addition to their own farms, JUJUBODY producers are working to increase their cash income by contracting with small farmers who have little local cash income to purchase moringa seeds from small farmers. This initiative has now spread to more than 300 households, and some households have increased their cash income tenfold.

[Reasons why we are not particular about organic and fair trade certification]
JUJUBODY's moringa oil is made from moringa seeds grown in pesticide-free cultivation, but it is not certified organic. Why is that?
Obtaining organic certification comes with high costs and significant administrative effort. This is because it is impossible to give organic certification to the farmland of the ever-increasing number of contracted small farmers.
JUJUBODY does not use moringa oil extracted from moringa seeds purchased from this small farmer, not moringa seeds grown on their own farm, so it is not certified organic.
In addition, JUJUBODY adheres to fair trade, but does not place importance on fair trade certification. Why is that?
Fair Trade certified products are products that have been certified to be traded at a fair price. Manufacturers spend a lot of effort and money to certify fair trade, but they continue to pay a few percent of the price of their products to fair trade institutions in exchange for continued use of the certification mark. The cost is used to run the fair trade organization, but it is never returned to local producers. In addition, the pricing itself that is considered fair may be lower than the actual market price, and its true "fairness" remains questionable.
Because JUJUBODY is familiar with local issues and deals directly with local producers, it does not need to rely on these external certifications.
【Note】
Moringa virgin oil begins to harden at temperatures around 16 degrees.
This is a natural phenomenon and is not defective.
If the temperature outside is 6 degrees, the indoor temperature will be 10-18 degrees Celsius even in an apartment.
When the temperature drops, some parts may crystallize and become white and cloudy, but when touched by your hands, they melt with body temperature.
There is no problem with the quality of the product, so if the oil solidifies, please warm the container with hot water (about 40-50 degrees) before using.
It is easy to use if you store it at room temperature and store it in a heated room in winter.
