What you need to prepare
・Coffee: 20g (medium grind)
・Hot water temperature: 90°C
・Amount of hot water added: Approximately 260 ml (excluding steaming)
・Dripper: Hario V60
Hot water is poured in 5 doses.
1) Pour about 20 ml of hot water so that the entire coffee grounds are soaked, and let it simmer for 40 seconds.
2) Pour 100 ml into the middle of the dripper as if you were drawing the letter "no" (approximate time: 1 minute 20 seconds)
3) Pour 60 ml as in 2 (approximate time 2 minutes)
4) Pour 50 ml as in 3 (approximate time: 2 minutes 20 seconds)
5) Pour the remaining 50 ml of hot water. If you can extract 250 ml of hot water to the server without dropping all the hot water, remove the dripper and complete (approximate time: 2 minutes 40 seconds).

Since it is a full-bodied coffee, it is a brewing method that does not relax too much and extracts it a little faster to refresh it. By raising the temperature of the hot water, you can enjoy the deep scent of mandelin.
