Oyamazaki Yuza Shoten's camelina oil is a superfood that contains about 35% omega-3 fatty acids, about 32% omega-9 fatty acids, and 0.075% antioxidant vitamin E. It took us five years to succeed in pure domestic production.
"Camelina" is a cruciferous plant that has been popular in Europe for a long time, and is characterized by its ideal balance of essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6 and unsaturated fatty acids omega-9. In addition, it is rich in the natural antioxidant "vitamin E", so it is possible to efficiently ingest omega 3, which is said to be sensitive to heat.

The acid value value used as an indicator of oil quality is only oil with an acidity of 0.8 or less, which is the same as that of extra virgin olive oil.
