What you need to prepare
・Coffee: 20g (medium grind)
・Hot water temperature: 85°C
・Amount of hot water added: Approximately 260 ml (excluding steaming)
・Dripper: Hario V60
Hot water is poured in 5 doses.
1) Pour about 20 ml of hot water so that the entire coffee grounds are soaked, and let it simmer for 35 seconds.
2) Pour 100 ml into the middle of the dripper. (Approximate time: 1 minute 15 seconds)
3) Pour 70 ml, similar to 2. (Approximate time: 1 minute 45 seconds)
4) In the same way, pour 50 ml of hot water. (Approx. time: 2 minutes 15 seconds)
5) Pour the remaining 30ml or so of hot water. If you don't drop all the hot water and extract 250 ml to the server, remove the dripper and you're done. (Approximate time: 2 minutes 45 seconds)
【Points】
The temperature of the water should be low, and the bitterness should not be overemphasized. If you extract it quickly and do not spend too much time, you can enjoy the sweetness like chocolate and the richness of coffee.
