■ Return and exchange of products
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the ordered product, we will return or exchange it as soon as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns or exchanges. After completing the procedure, we will inform you of how to return it.
For returns due to customer's convenience, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer. Please note that the shipping fee for delivery from our company cannot be refunded.
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable conditions
・ If you do not apply for return or exchange within 7 days after the product arrives at the customer's place
・ If the product is seen to be used, damaged, or stained
・ If the accessories of the product are lost
・ If the product is returned by a method other than the method specified by the Company
