It is an environmentally friendly brand that uses natural cultivation without pesticides and fertilizers for tea leaves, gasoline-free (natural drying) for drying, plastic-free for agricultural tools, and Soiron (made in Japan), a plant-derived material that returns to the soil, for tea bags. Currently, 15 elementary and junior high schools are participating in the program, and in areas where there are no hospitals or where medicines cannot be bought, children learn about herbal teas in class, helping to maintain the health of their families and residents.
The three types of butter peas, roselle hibiscus, and lemongrass handled by Ontadol are originally herbs that can be brewed with water, but in the COLD BREW series currently on sale, the extraction time is reduced to 20 minutes by eliminating strings and tags, increasing the cross-section, and crushing the tea leaves. Moreover, the taste is milder and easier to drink when brewed with room temperature water because the ingredients dissolve slowly without losing their ingredients than in boiling water. It can also be enjoyed by those who do not like herbal tea.
You can also easily make herbal wine by soaking it in raw liquor such as shochu or rum overnight, or put one tea bag in the rice cooker and cook rice.
