Touch the brand's charm
Rakuno Farm Taketa
Amaou, the king of strawberries, is a farmer specializing in direct sales. 100% in-house production. Ripe strawberries picked and harvested in the morning are frozen and stored within 24 hours. Processed products use this as a raw material. This material quality is the biggest differentiator.
1
We use only Amaou produced in-house. Our biggest commitment is not to harvest until it is fully ripe. Processed products made with strawberries that have reached their peak color and flavor are a bit different from others.
2
Jam was introduced in "The World Matsuko Doesn't Know" and has been waiting for half a year for reservations. The Amaou content is 85%! We reduce sugar to the utmost limit and do not use any additives such as flavorings and preservatives.
3
More than 10 times more than commercially available! It's like strawberry gelato. The content of 56% was reached by pushing the limits of gelato processing. The luxury of more than half of the strawberry pulp is unique to strawberry farmers.
