思っていたよりも早いご発送でした。ありがとうございます。 夏の販売を目指し、複数名の常連様にアイス、及び冷凍苺に当店取り扱いのベルギーチョコレートを溶かしてかけたものをご試食いただきました。 アイスは期待より、かなりいちご感が薄いように感じました。 冷凍いちごは夏に向けて凍ったまま、当店取り扱いのチョコレートを溶かしてかけたものを販売できればと試してみましたが、ベルギーチョコレートの濃厚さにいちごの甘さがまけてしまったこと、また、冷凍のままでは固く、大きすぎて、ご試食いただいた常連様から食べづらいとのご指摘がでました。 当店の考えていた提供方法があわなかったのかもしれません。
