The jelly is manufactured by the social welfare corporation Saitama Welfare Business Association Akashianomori (https://www.saitamashi-shakyo.jp/jyusan-detail.php?j=3). We are making a small contribution to the upcycling of discarded food and employment support. The product is placed in a plastic cup, sealed, and sterilized by boiling.
