★ Evolutionary cacao nibs ★ that can be enjoyed like a snack with our unique fermentation technology
Cacao nibs are foods made by drying cacao beans and making them into chips. SUPERFOODSTRADING'S CACAO NIBS ARE MADE EXCLUSIVELY FROM THE RARE CRIOLLO SPECIES, WHICH ARE ORGANICALLY GROWN. By independently fermenting organic cacao nibs, you can easily enjoy the fermentation feeling and the mellow aroma and flavor of cacao.
[Unique fermentation technology that makes use of natural yeast]
By using the natural yeast of the ingredients themselves and following the fermentation process such as fermentation temperature and stirring of barrels in which the activity of yeast bacteria is dominant, we grow only natural yeast while suppressing other germs. We are particular about the fact that we use the "natural yeast" that the material originally has (naturalness).
