For roasting, we make full use of two technologies: a semi-hot air gas roasting machine with our own improvement and charcoal roasting using Kishu binchotan charcoal.Under the supervision of JCQA certified coffee appraisers, while carefully checking the color, sound, and temperature of the beans, we roast them to the best fit for the individuality of each bean.
