The words of my wife, who was pregnant at the time and refraining from alcohol, led to the start of the non-alcoholic wine business "Holoyowaz".
When you go out to eat something good with a little luxury, such as Italian or French, there are countless types of wine to choose from if you can drink alcohol.
However, as soon as you can't drink alcohol, your options suddenly narrow.
My wife found it stressful.
I tried various non-alcoholic wines distributed in Japan at the time to see if there was anything good, but none of them were delicious.

Most of the "wine-flavored beverages" fall under either of these categories, and there was nothing that could be drunk deliciously with meals.
