In particular, bean miso, which is made from soybeans, contains the largest amount of protein and amino acids.
According to the latest research by Dr. Amino et al. *1, BCAAs, which are abundant in muscles, are blended into miso.
We found that the richness and flavor of miso soup were improved, and we patented it*2,
It was commercialized as MISO Lab.
