Plant-based sausages
Our main product, plant-based sausages, is made using a special manufacturing method that incorporates innovative ideas while making use of traditional European sausage-making techniques. More than just vegan food, we paid attention to the details of the taste and texture, and pursued a satisfaction that is as satisfying as meat. Carefully selected plant-based ingredients such as chickpeas, fermented soybeans, konjac, coconut oil, and seaweed are used to achieve a juicy and rich taste. It is a versatile dish that can be baked as it is, stewed or grilled.

Spicy Pickle Relish
The chef, who is particular about handwork, carefully hand-cuts each one and finishes the special pickle relish. This relish, which is an essential part of hot dogs, is added with garlic, cloves, turmeric, and mustard seeds for a spicy flavor. Made with carefully selected fresh ingredients, the stimulation of tangy spices and the refreshing acidity of pickles are perfectly balanced. It's perfect for hot dogs, as well as sandwiches and burger toppings.
Red sauerkraut
Traditional sauerkraut is arranged with purple cabbage and is characterized by bright shades. Aromatic spices such as caraway seeds and juniper berries were added to add depth to the flavor. The sourness created by the fermentation process and the delicate harmony of the spices spread in the mouth and whet the appetite. It is delicious on its own and is recommended as a topping for salads and sandwiches.
