I want you to build a body that doesn't have to go to an osteopathic clinic
For us osteopathic clinics, it is a natural task to improve and recover from the pain and worries of our patients as soon as possible, and we believe that what is more important is to help them build a body that is less likely to suffer and suffer injuries in the future.
There are many patients who go to an osteopathic clinic several times a week with the intention of relieving pain, but unfortunately, it is not possible to eliminate the root cause of pain just by performing the procedure.
At the osteopathic clinic I run, the goal is to "extend healthy life expectancy and build a body that does not require going to an osteopathic clinic," and I tell patients about muscle training, stretching, and self-care that can be done at home, and if necessary, I also give nutritional advice to help them build a body that is less likely to cause pain and injury. Among them, massage has a great effect on stretching fine muscles that cannot be stretched by stretching alone and improving blood flow, so we strongly recommend that you continue it every day at home without coming to the clinic.
However, no matter how much we tell patients to continue massaging at home, it seems difficult for them to make it a habit on their own, and after about 3 days, they end up saying, "It hurts and I come back." When I was wondering how to continue home care at home, I thought that if there was a massage lotion that I would want to use every day, it would help me make a habit.
