We are a craft brewery that started in Aritagawa Town, Wakayama Prefecture from the first year of Reiwa. We want to deliver fun NOM culture to the world! "NOMCRAFT" is a combination of the words "drink: nom" and "craftsman" that we often use as Japanese words that foreigners can easily remember.
　
The beers we brew are based on our favorite American-style IPAs and hoppy ones, and we draw on our experience in Portland, Chicago and Australia. We also actively collaborate with local farmers and makers, as well as brewers in Japan, the United States and around the world.
