With the business theme of "Pursuing the possibilities of anko!", we express the value of anko that is not bound by the framework of conventional Japanese confectionery. Together with his brother, a Japanese confectionery craftsman, he munches on more than 1,000 anko sweets a year, imagining "beyond deliciousness." My favorite Japanese confectionery is "Mame Daifuku".
