Additive-free bean paste|Confectionery Maruichi
It is a Japanese confectionery shop in Saga Prefecture, Kyushu that has been in business for more than 75 years. We will deliver a sweet life that will make your body and mind happy with creative Japanese sweets made with domestic ingredients and traditional manufacturing methods.
While making use of the traditional techniques of Japanese confectionery craftsmen, we manufacture creative confectionery in-house that makes you feel "old-fashioned and new" with free ideas.
We are particular about domestic ingredients, and use carefully selected ingredients such as original bean paste made from 100% red beans from Hokkaido, flour from Kyushu, and eggs grown in the highlands of Kuju in Oita Prefecture.
We deliver original creative Japanese sweets such as the "bean paste MMu" series of "completely additive-free anko" and the "Dora Spiral" rice cracker with dorayaki skin.
