Born into a family of Kimura Pickle Co., Ltd., which manufactures takuan, he grew up feeling close to the production of takuan from an early age.
Prior to joining Kimura Pickles, he gained experience at two companies and joined the company in September 2020.
Focusing on product planning and corporate sales, we develop products that meet the needs of our customers.
While the number of producers of white-necked radish for takuan is decreasing year by year, we aim to further develop the takuan culture, which is indispensable for Japan food, by meeting the needs of customers while working with producers to solve problems on the producer side.
