The reason why we at Matsuo launched the brand was because we wanted to "connect people through food and deliver sincere gratitude." At the beginning of our founding, we mainly delivered gifts for ceremonial ceremonies and funerals, but with the changing times, we wanted to deliver products that would be close to the daily lives of more people.
In Toyama, a land blessed with rich nature, I was faced with local ingredients and carefully selected ingredients from all over the country, and my passion for "making safe and secure products that take advantage of the taste of the ingredients" sprouted. Even in today's world of mass production and efficiency, we must spare no effort and sincerely face each material. That is our origin and the core of our brand.
