We want all children to live in a beautiful world, and that is the basis of Bee Eco Wrap.
The Devine family lives in a secluded place in the woods, where nature has been preserved, so there is no garbage collection by the government.
Since we have to dispose of all the garbage we produce ourselves, we have started to devise ways to reduce the amount of garbage we generate. The birth of my child was a big catalyst for me to practice a more sustainable way of life, both in business and in life.
As part of this effort, we learned about traditional preservation methods and began to devise alternatives to plastic and vinyl in the home, as well as something that could be returned to the soil.
After repeated trial and error since 2014, it was launched as the "Bee Eco" brand in May 2015.
【Bee Eco Wrap's connection with Japan dates back to 2015】
It all started when one of the Japan agency staff moved to Australia with his family. When I cooked, I felt that the plastic wrap garbage was generated, and the plastic wrap did not come off and was wasted.
In the meantime, there is a market event at the school where my child attends, and I met Bee Eco there.
It solved the problems I was feeling, it was easy to use, and it was not yet recognized in Japan at the time, so I thought it would be possible to sell it in Japan as well.
When we contacted the producers, it turned out that both of our children went to the same school and lived in close areas.
In addition, the father of the Devine family, Mr./Ms., lived in Japan for about three years when he was young and felt a deep connection to Japan, so it was decided to sell it in Japan.
