Customer's satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns for craft beer based on the following conditions:
Items eligible for return
- Unopened items within 7 days of purchase
- Products with original purchase receipt or proof of purchase
Reason for return
- Products that are damaged or defective in transit
- If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered
- Products that have expired
Return Procedure
1. Submit a return request
If you wish to return the product, please submit a return request within 7 days of purchase including the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
2. Review Return Requests
Upon receipt of your return request, we will review it and send you an email with details of the return process.
3. Return of goods
Once you have received the details of the return procedure, please return the item to the following address:

4. Refund Processing
Once the product arrives at our company and we have checked its condition, we will process the refund. As a general rule, refunds are made based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Precautions
- We do not accept returns of items that have already been opened or items that are older than 7 days.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. However, if it is due to our negligence (damage during delivery or if you receive a different product than the order), we will bear the shipping cost.
