Submit a return request If you wish to return the product, please submit a return request within 7 days of purchase including the following information: - Order number - Reason for return - Photos of the product (if damaged or defective) 2. Refund Processing Once the product arrives at our company and we have checked its condition, we will process the refund. Precautions - We do not accept returns of items that have already been opened or items that are older than 7 days. - You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
