By layering Nelson Sauvin with Citra as the main body, we achieved both the thickness of tropical fruits and the elegant aroma of white grapes. The smooth mouthfeel derived from oats and the esters of Pineapple Passion yeast form a juicy and rounded mouthfeel. It was designed to keep the bitterness down while giving the hop layers a three-dimensional feel. The sensibilities of two breweries with different backgrounds intersect to create a single "Essence of Happiness". Recommended pairings: Its tropical and juicy taste makes it a perfect accompaniment to dishes made with cheese and fruit.
