This is an introduction to the "Pacamara" lot of Mr. Hugo Ansuet, La Providencia Farm II in Huehuetenango, Guatemala.
Pacamara is a cross between "Parkas" and "Maragozippe".
Maragozippe is a variety of high quality, but with a low yield, large trees and difficult to care for.
Parkus is a Bourbon mutated variety in El Salvador, and is a small, high-yielding, disease-resistant variety.
It is a variety that combines the best of both worlds and was created as an efficient "variety" that is of high quality, yields a large yield, and is easy to harvest with shrubs.
The coffee has a juicy and sweet core, and when it is lightly roasted, you can feel the gorgeous and floral flavor of refreshing citrus.
The farm is located in a wonderful location near San Pedro Necta in Huehuetenango, the highest mountain range in Central America, Los Cuchumatanes.
The first generation, Mr. Alfonso Anzueto, was started in 1937 and has been run by the Anzueto family for generations, and Mr. Hugo is the third generation.
It is named after the Christian view of life, "La Divina (God) Providencia (providence)".
There are three La Providencia farms, I, II, and III, each of which is likened to the three important things in Christianity: God, Jesus, and the Spirit.
Light to medium roast is recommended, but we will roast according to your preference.
We will take your order and roast it, so you can always have fresh beans at your fingertips.
