If you use it as a special rice for Asian menus, such as Gapao, Hainanese chicken rice, Indian curry, and Asian curry rice, it will have an even more ethnic taste. As it is, add salt and soy sauce to your liking as chili garlic rice and adjust the taste. It is also delicious to eat with sautéed chicken or steak on top.
