We will deliver dried figs full of nature's blessings from Izmir, Turkey!
Izmir, Turkey faces the Aegean Sea. Its beauty is called the "pearl of the Aegean Sea." The "white figs" grown there are bathed in the blessings of the sun and grow by the sea breeze from birth.
Each grain is carefully dried in the sun using organic farming methods that have been thoroughly instructed by each contract farmer.
◆ The grains are large, soft and juicy ◆
The fig variety is the Smyrna variety, which has large grains and a soft texture with thin skin. White figs harvested by organic farmers are sun-dried with the skin, so the natural sweetness is concentrated.
Of course, it is sugar-free, coloring-free, unbleached, additive-free, and pesticide-free.
◆ We deliver "peace of mind" by carefully processing each grain ◆
For Lasolana's dried figs, the hard stems are cut one by one at a local factory, and the bottom is cut to check for foreign matter such as insects.
This is an initiative aimed at products that can be enjoyed by everyone from children to the elderly.
◆ Dried fruits recommended for dieting ◆
Be sure to choose dried fruits that do not contain sugar.
Among them, figs, dates, and apricots, which are rich in fiber and antioxidants such as vitamin E and minerals, are recommended.
Even a small amount of dried fruit can make you feel full and filling, so when you go out, put it in a bag with a zipper and eat it little by little.
Please note that even if you do not use sugar, dried fruits contain a lot of fructose, so if you are eating dates or figs, you should eat 2 to 3 fruits a day.
Cutting it or eating it with nuts is also a secret to not overeating.
