Furumura Soy Sauce is a historic brewer founded in the Edo period.
Born into a family of senior members of the Kaga Domain, the first Jiemon is said to have started brewing soy sauce at the end of the Edo period under the guidance of Mr. Yuyoko Jiro, a soy sauce brewer who was an acquaintance of Kanazawa Ohno Soy Sauce.
