[About the White-Separated Fat]
The fat comes from the roast pork used, so the rich flavor of the pork is concentrated.
[Why are they separated?]
This is because it does not use the food additive 'emulsifier.'
As you can see from the ingredients, we aimed to create safe and secure products that make the most of carefully selected ingredients with minimal additives, so we do not use emulsifiers that normally mix moisture and oils evenly.
Also, regarding pork fat, its melting point is said to be about 40 degrees, so if it falls below that, it tends to become white and solidify, which may be one factor.
