It is characterized by a depth of flavor that does not end with just "light and clean". We use plenty of terraced rice grown in the Reihoku region of Kochi Prefecture, "Tosa Tenku no Sato", to bring out the plump flavor derived from rice. The sansho pepper grown on the banks of the clear Niyodo River is an accent that enhances the light flavor. It has a mild bitterness and is recommended for those who don't like beer.
Style: White Ale
It is made from wheat malt and is characterized by a cloudy and pale color. The mellow taste and refreshing acidity are matched with spicy aromas such as cilantro.
Contents: 330ml
Alcohol content: 4%

Bitterness: extremely weak
The gentle sweetness of rice using Tosa Tenku no Sato
Plenty of "Tosa Tenku no Sato" grown in the terraced rice fields of the Reihoku region of Kochi Prefecture is used. The plump sweetness unique to "delicious rice" gently spreads out as if it were freshly cooked rice. It has a gently spreading taste that cannot be expressed with malt alone.
A refreshing aroma spreads and a light aftertaste
Sansho grown on the banks of the clear Niyodo River adds a refreshing accent to the light taste. The slight aroma gently tightens the aftertaste, and the bitterness is subtle. It is a bottle that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people with an emphasis on ease of drinking.
Japanese style born from Japan's rice
This beer was born from the new idea of using "delicious rice" rather than "rice suitable for brewing" like Japan sake. TOSACO's goal is to make beer made with Japan rice a "Japanese style" that can be used around the world. Please enjoy the gentle taste that naturally blends into the Japan dining table.

"Kome White Ale" is characterized by a gentle sweetness reminiscent of freshly cooked rice and a light drinking mouthfeel. It goes perfectly with dishes that take advantage of the delicate flavor.
