Pour 120cc of hot water into a heaping teaspoon (about 5g), add a pinch of salt if desired, and enjoy. Some of it tends to settle, so if you are concerned, please mix it and consume it. When you are tired or want to enjoy yourself, it is recommended to drink it with 150~200cc of hot water per 10g.
