[WOOD DESIGN AWARD 2025]
Luxurious sparkling water derived from nature that captures the essence of the forest. I use black moji at the foot of Mt. Hakusan.
It bursts with carbonation, a refreshing aroma like a grassland. Hidden in the back, a faint and sweet aroma like tea. The gentle air bubbles gently stimulate the tip of the tongue, and the pleasant bitterness tightens the mouth. It is a non-alcoholic slightly carbonated drink that makes you feel relaxed as if you are in a deep forest.
The raw material is incense wood Kuromoji harvested from the Shiramine Forest, a water source in Ishikawa Prefecture, and distilled in mineral-rich underground water that springs up from the foot of Mt. Hakusan. We co-created with foresters, distillers, microbreweries, and welfare facilities that protect the forest of water sources, and realized that everything from raw material procurement to packaging and shipping was completed in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Please enjoy the one-of-a-kind sparkling water that allows you to join the circulation of the forest by drinking it.
10 yen per tree will be used for activities to create a new forest.
[How to use]
The complex aroma created by distilling wild black moji disappears easily while delighting the tongue. Therefore, you can enjoy the taste of the food without disturbing it. The aroma of Kuromoji goes well with dishes made with spices and herbs, as well as dishes made with soba noodles and tempura, and will taste even more delicious when combined with the aroma of the ingredients.
